Gen[TI] – A Generation of Talents offers new enterprises, startups and SMEs in the Piedmont ecosystem the opportunity to host young talents through a 4-month paid internship covered by the project.
Who Can Participate
New enterprises, startups and innovative SMEs* with an operational headquarters in Piedmont can apply.
If you want to connect with motivated and highly qualified talents who can actively contribute to the development of projects, technological challenges and business growth pathways, this is an opportunity for your company.

What We Offer to Companies
- Full financial coverage of four months of extracurricular internship
- Facilitation of the match between talents and companies
- Administrative support for the activation of the internship
- Up to 40 hours of training and mentoring for talents on the development of professional, entrepreneurial and AI skills
- Certification for talents of the skills acquired
- Booster for companies: tailored support by Réseau Entreprendre Piemonte
- GenTI Pass for companies: training on AI, ecosystem discovery experience and corporate matchmaking
When
- The call is open on a rolling basis from July 29, 2026 to January 31, 2027
- Internships will be activated in two time windows: the first approximately between October/November 2026, the second between February/March 2027
How to Apply
Applications, internship opportunities and the matching process between talents and host companies will be managed through the GenTI platform.
