The Biennial of Proximity 2026 will take place in Turin from 1 to 3 October 2026 and will focus on the theme “Practices of Deep Democracy.”

Consorzio Sociale Abele Lavoro is taking part in the Biennial as a national promoter and as a member of the Turin Local Committee, contributing to the creation of a space for dialogue dedicated to proximity, democracies and policies.

The 2026 Programme is now online. It has been developed through the work of the Turin Local Committee, the Community of Practices, the national promoters and the organisations involved in the process. The programme explores proximity, democracies and policies through panels, macro-panels, talks, workshops, urban itineraries, artistic moments and convivial gatherings.

Registration is also open through Prossimatch, the Biennial’s digital tool designed to register for the event, navigate the programme, make oneself visible, discover other participating people and organisations, and facilitate meetings and connections during the days in Turin.
