“Dream Jobs: Living Sports, Dreaming a Profession” is an educational proposal that celebrates the creative thinking and passion of most young people for sports, enabling students to acquire knowledge and skills useful for successful integration into the workforce or to facilitate their academic journey.

With around twenty schools from 14 regions, 885 students, and 30 teachers involved in the 2022 edition, the largest national network of Italian schools has been created, working to make sports a “magical” tool capable of fostering the growth and learning of students and providing job opportunities in very diverse areas: green technologies and efficient energy solutions, sustainability for sports facilities, advanced materials and smart textiles, neuroscience, bioengineering, big data, artificial intelligence, nutrition, wellness, marketing and digital communication, and last but not least, scientific and technological progress for an increasingly inclusive sport.

A network of facilitators from the partner Asse4 guides students in this fun sports-cultural competition, putting them in charge of co-designing video lessons, real educational paths for the development of transversal skills and orientation (PCTO). The video lessons created by the students are uploaded to the Sporters partner app to make them visible to a wider audience.

At the Sport Innovation Growth Camp, the top 8 teams participate based on criteria such as originality, relevance, creativity, quality, involvement of external figures, student protagonism, and ability to work in groups.

The Camp provides an opportunity to delve into innovation and entrepreneurship topics in the sports world based on defined lines of work. Collaboration with ASAG at the Catholic University of Milan and with the Polytechnic University of Turin ensures technical-scientific support and guidance, also aimed at building the curriculum based on the skills acquired throughout the entire professional orientation process.

Additionally, the event includes a congress moment for the dissemination of results and discussion with institutional and corporate entities.
