The Goodness Factory was born in 2014 and works in the cultural and social fields in the city of Turin, with national and international collaborations. It is an association active in the performing arts field (with a particular focus on music) and is committed to developing, organizing, and promoting cultural activities with high social impact.

Goodness is a crossroad of experiences and diverse work backgrounds: the association’s vision is to create cultural projects and productions, from the ideas of creatives, artists, and high-level professionals, that can make a difference in the territory where they are implemented. Goodness handles projects, activities, and cultural events by taking care of every element: artistic direction, executive-organizational development, usage-participation, cultural contamination, and dissemination.

Goodness offers itself as a meeting place with a social function: it’s through the ideal of continuous education that Goodness organizes and promotes projects that aim to enhance human and civic growth. The association has proposed annually _resetfestival since 2009, an emerging music festival created by Associazione Verve, with the goal of giving young emerging artists the opportunity to enter the sector by expressing their artistic vision and through training in different workshops mentored by key figures of the music business industry.

Starting with the historical collab with _resetfestival, Goodness develops other projects with significant impact on the territory: the intersectional transfeminist festival Mind The Gap since 2020 and Memissima, a unique format in the national territory, dedicated to the culture and aesthetics of memes in the communication field since 2021. Among the Association’s objectives are the promotion of young talents, the dissemination of new languages, and the promotion/awareness of key contemporary themes and values. All Goodness productions aspire to involve professionals and artists, both emerging and big names, to spread the culture of good ideas and good practices, as well as social and territorial development based on culture.
