Are you a social innovator, social entrepreneur, or part of an organisation working on climate, health, cities, oceans and waters, soil or food systems? Registration is now open for the SI Mission Facility Training & Scaling Programme, a free European capacity-building programme dedicated to social innovation initiatives connected to the five EU Missions of Horizon Europe. The programme is open to organisations from EU Member States and Horizon Europe Associated Countries and combines European webinars, Mission-specific sessions, in-person national meetings and practical regional sessions.

The programme will enable participants to better understand how their initiative fits within the EU Missions framework, strengthen their scaling readiness, use practical tools for development and engage with experts, support organisations and other social innovators from across Europe.

The programme will begin on October 20 with a general webinar, followed by five sessions dedicated to the individual Missions:

• October 27 – Soil Mission
• November 3 – Climate Mission
• November 10 – Cancer Mission
• November 17 – Cities Mission
• November 24 – Oceans & Waters Mission

All sessions will take place online from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM CET.

For the Soil Mission, the designated Mission Hub is Impact Hub Torino, which will support the dedicated pathway through an in-person national meeting in Turin followed by online sessions.

The programme is free of charge and is not a direct funding call, but rather a pathway focused on training, support and peer learning. A separate Scaling Competition will also open in 2027, dedicated to more mature social innovations that are ready to scale.

Registration is currently open; the deadline indicated on the website is in the process of being extended.
