The path towards the impact economy does not always begin with an immediate choice or a clearly defined vision from the start. Sometimes, it means recognising over time that certain practices and sensitivities were already there, and transforming them into a more conscious direction.

This is the case of Fashion Team, a company with more than thirty years of history that has progressively deepened its awareness of these themes, ultimately becoming a Benefit Corporation.

We met Roberto Maglietti, Founder and President of Fashion Team, in Piazza Bodoni near the company’s Turin headquarters, to hear the story of a brand that has been able to reinterpret its own journey through the lens of new social responsibilities.
