At a time when international geopolitics fuels uncertainty and makes it difficult to look ahead, working on employment means giving concrete shape to an idea of the future.

Since 1928, Consorzio Sociale Abele Lavoro has been active in the field of social and work inclusion, supporting around 2,000 people each year through pathways toward employment and autonomy. Restoring dignity, participation and identity strengthens the entire social fabric: a person reintegrated into society is not a burden on the community, but a resource.
