Nuova Collaborazione, in partnership with Agenzia Piemonte Lavoro, the regional agency that coordinates the Employment Centers, organizes a series of free informative webinars dedicated to managing domestic work contracts with caregivers, housekeepers, and babysitters. These webinars aim to support employers and families in the optimal management of contracts and provide the necessary tools for proper administration of the employment relationship.
During the webinars, key topics will include:
- The CCNL of domestic work: job classifications, contract types, obligations, protections, benefits, and services
- Fiscal and contributory benefits for the domestic work sector
- Professional training and certification for family assistants
- Support tools for administrative contract management
- The services offered by Agenzia Piemonte Lavoro and Employment Centers
