The NEET Community of Practice started in September 2023 to stimulate initial discussions on project initiatives by ecosystem entities. In the first two meetings, participants discussed the limitations and opportunities of funding for social impact projects based on their direct experience. 

In 2024, the European project TOUCH (ESF-2023-SUPPLY-DEMAND) was approved. The project aims to support the design and testing of innovative advanced social policy models based on a Pay for Results (PBR) approach, involving private-sector actors and fostering the growth of impact finance in order to improve labour market and social inclusion initiatives for NEETs and prevent the phenomenon. 

This initiative is organised with the support of the Turin Chamber of Commerce and the Compagnia di San Paolo Foundation.
