The Communication Community of Practice is both a working group and a space for reflection and exchange. On the one hand, it focuses on the most effective ways to communicate and showcase the impact generated by organisations; on the other, it explores the potential of communication for impact, understood as a tool capable of driving change and contributing to the achievement of social goals.

The Community of Practice actively engages participants through meetings, workshop activities and opportunities for discussion designed to encourage participation and exchange among organisations. Peer learning and networking activities have addressed topics including communication and storytelling for social impact, communicating sustainability through impact reports, communicating impact on social media, accessibility and intersectionality, conscious communication practices, and the relationship between artificial intelligence and communication.
