Great news for the Torino Social Impact ecosystem: two strategic projects have been selected as finalists for the Future4Cities 2025 Award.

TOUCH – Tackling Outcome-Based Finance Challenges: a Replication Model for the Social Economy, a European project funded by the European Commission (ESF 2024-2026) with TSI as a partner, is competing in the Local Economic Development category.
Launched in December 2024 with a duration of 24 months, TOUCH aims to pilot the first Outcome Fund in the Piedmont Region and to develop a model replicable in other Italian and European regions.
The project focuses on the employment integration and skills development of NEETs, with particular attention to women and migrants. Its main objectives include strengthening the outcome-based finance ecosystem in Italy, training and supporting social enterprises in Piedmont, spreading shared tools for outcome measurement, and identifying effective solutions to address the NEET phenomenon.

Impatto che apre spazi, finalist in the Urban Transformation category, introduces a new vision for public assets: concession schemes designed not only as management tools but as levers to generate tangible social impact.

Also among the finalists is Atelier Riforma, a partner of our ecosystem, with the RiVestiTo project.

The winners will be chosen also based on public voting: you can support the projects until 5 September here.

The award ceremony will take place at OGR Torino on 26, 27 and 28 September: a special occasion to celebrate social innovation in our city.
