Stefano Di Maria is a project designer, trainer, and facilitator with extensive experience in European programmes, international cooperation, and civic participation. He collaborates with NGOs, universities, and educational networks within the framework of Erasmus+, the Council of Europe, and European Commission initiatives.

His work focuses on youth empowerment, participatory project design, and organizational development, supporting groups and communities in creating collaborative processes aimed at generating social impact.

He teaches social project design at the VIS School of Advanced Training and at Kore University of Enna. He is a certified ToP® (Technology of Participation) facilitator through ICA:UK and a trainer certified by the European Commission in participatory processes for citizen engagement. He integrates participatory methodologies, experiential learning, and collaborative tools into training programmes, project consultancy services, and the facilitation of teams and organizations.
