With more than twenty years of experience in vocational training and adult education, Andrea Cenderello is a Project Manager and consultant specializing in the design, management, and reporting of European-funded projects, including both direct funding programmes (Erasmus+, Creative Europe, Interreg, and other EU initiatives) and indirect funding schemes (ESF, ERDF).

He works with companies, training providers, and public administrations, managing the entire project lifecycle—from call analysis and budget planning to project coordination, monitoring, and final reporting.

His core areas of expertise include educational innovation, social and labour market inclusion, and the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI). He has extensive experience in providing technical assistance to national and local public authorities and agencies, including Formez PA, INDIRE, and ANPAL, supporting the development of projects and training content, including e-learning solutions.

He also serves as an evaluator of project proposals for the European Commission, Erasmus+ National Agencies in Italy and abroad, and several Interprofessional Funds. In addition, he delivers training and consultancy services on EU project design and funding opportunities for public bodies, businesses, and non-profit organizations.
