NATIVA is a corporate sustainability consulting firm that, over the past 15 years, has supported the evolution of more than 500 Italian and European companies, accelerating their transition toward business models centered on sustainability, regeneration, and value creation.

A pioneer of the Benefit Corporation movement in Europe and the first certified B Corp in Italy, NATIVA helped launch the B Corp movement in Europe in 2013, which today includes over 11,000 companies worldwide committed to people and the planet. In 2015, it was part of the working group that led Italy to become the first sovereign state in the world to introduce legislation on Benefit Corporations (Società Benefit in Italy). This movement now includes over 5,900 organizations in the country.

In 2025, NATIVA received the Ambrogino d’Oro, an award from the City of Milan, for its contribution to spreading, in Italy and around the world, a corporate culture capable of generating not only economic value, but also social and environmental value.
