ManagerNoProfit ODV (MnoP) is a volunteer organisation registered with the Italian National Register of the Third Sector (RUNTS), established in 2016 with the mission of supporting Third Sector Organisations (TSOs) by providing pro bono management expertise. Today, it operates through eight local branches across Italy: Milan, Bergamo, Turin, Trento, Padua, Bologna, Treviso and Verona.

The organisation brings together more than 150 experienced professionals who volunteer their expertise to support associations, foundations, social enterprises and other non-profit organisations in their growth, organisational development and innovation journeys. Every project is guided by the core values of integrity, transparency and solidarity.

ManagerNoProfit works closely with Volunteer Service Centres (CSV), public institutions, foundations and universities to identify emerging needs within the Third Sector, foster social innovation and build collaborative networks that create lasting value and impact for local communities.

The organisation’s activities focus on capacity building by strengthening the skills, organisational processes and resources of Third Sector Organisations. Its aim is to help non-profit organisations enhance their sustainability, effectiveness and autonomy while improving their ability to plan, manage and develop their activities over the long term.

Rather than providing one-off support, ManagerNoProfit promotes a process of continuous improvement that enables organisations to achieve sustainable growth in terms of governance, management, programme delivery and financial resilience.

Its main areas of expertise include:

  • Strategy and organisational processes
  • Human resources
  • Accounting and financial reporting
  • Fundraising
  • Legal advice and Third Sector regulations
  • Digital transformation
