The idea was born from the observation of a structural problem: millions of people, despite having valuable skills and potential, remain excluded from hiring processes because of language, digital, and cultural barriers. At the same time, employers and labor market operators struggle to identify and engage these untapped talent pools. Kubri was created to bridge this gap by connecting people with job opportunities through a platform that simplifies access to employment while making the matching process between candidates and employers more efficient.
The project received early validation during its initial development phase when it was selected by Startupbootcamp, one of Europe’s leading startup accelerators, which chose to invest in and support the company from its earliest stages. This milestone helped strengthen our strategic vision and validated the innovative potential of our business model.
Kubri leverages WhatsApp to engage candidates who are often excluded from or discouraged by traditional recruitment channels. By using the world’s most widely adopted messaging platform, Kubri reaches talent pools that are typically difficult to access. Our AI transforms natural language conversations on WhatsApp into structured, recruitment-ready data through semantic search and skills mapping technologies. Companies can integrate Kubri’s AI agent into their existing recruitment channels and use our platform to identify the candidates who best match their hiring needs. At the same time, Kubri partners with public employment services and local workforce organizations to help anyone register easily on the platform and become discoverable by employers.
Our long-term vision is to become the infrastructure for inclusive hiring in Europe: a single platform where employers, training providers, public employment services, and job seekers can connect, share data, and unlock opportunities faster and more effectively.
