The GB Mossetto Foundation (an ETS philanthropic entity) is a non-profit organization based in Turin, established in 1992. Its mission focuses on younger generations, aiming to support their potential, mitigate disparities, and foster innovation through philanthropic projects—spanning social, cultural, and artistic fields—while enhancing the value of the people and communities where it operates.

The Foundation’s key areas of intervention include the following objectives:

DARE FUTURO (Career guidance for young people): Through the “IL LAVORO CHE VORREI” (The Job I’d Like) project—developed in collaboration with the Piedmont Region—the Foundation helps middle school students navigate the modern job market. It uses meetings and audiovisual content featuring interviews with actual professionals and skilled workers. Additionally, the podcast “IL SALOTTO DELL’IMPRENDITORIA INNOVATIVA” (The Innovative Entrepreneurship Lounge) provides in-depth insights tailored to high school students.

DARE SPAZIO (Support for young contemporary art): The Foundation offers visibility and support to emerging international artists by sponsoring creative studios and exhibitions, collaborating with an Italian-British organization.

DARE VOCE and SLANCIO (Social inclusion and psycho-physical development regarding neurodivergence): The Foundation promotes projects that introduce individuals on the autism spectrum to the world of theater—including film dubbing, radio work, and stage performance. These initiatives aim to develop the young participants’ emotional and relational skills while fostering an inclusive and professional environment, in partnership with ASP Teatro8. Equally inclusive and empowering is the promotion of the sport of *bocce* through the “MILLE BOCCE BLU” project. This initiative relies on the contribution of instructor-educators from the Italian Bocce Federation at the Borgo Rossini Bocce Club in Turin, the collaboration of the TEDA Foundation, the support of the Mediolanum Foundation, and a partnership with the Regional Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders in Adults.

Building on this solid synergy—alongside other more recently formed alliances—the “LietAUTonomia” project was launched as a “territorial model for reducing inequalities in access to employment and social participation.” Promoted by the GB Mossetto Foundation as the lead partner of a network of Third Sector associations (Approdo Sociale ODV, Borgo Rubens APS, Il Riccio SCS, and Teatro 8 APS), the project aims to develop an integrated local program of actions fostering personal autonomy as well as social and workplace inclusion for individuals on the autism spectrum within the Turin metropolitan area.
