Veronica Spagna
Veronica is an expert in EU project design and local development, with experience in European programs since 2020 as a project designer and manager. She supports Third Sector organizations and informal groups, guiding them through project idea definition, partnership building, and operational management in the social, cultural, and educational fields.
She holds a degree in International Cooperation and a Master’s in Local and Global Development. Her main areas of expertise include non-formal education and youth empowerment, participatory project design, capacity building, active citizenship, human rights, sustainability, and social innovation.
Veronica manages the entire project life cycle, with a focus on feasibility, co-writing, technical management, and reporting. She has developed cross-cutting skills in facilitation and mentoring for both young people and adults, working with intercultural groups. She is professionally fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish.
Passionate about sustainability and the solidarity economy, she has experience working with fair trade organizations. An “almost anthropologist” and dancer in her free time, she spent five years abroad and has built a solid network of European partners. Her approach emphasizes the educational and relational dimensions of project design, with the goal of generating sustainable, inclusive processes capable of creating local impact.
