Senior Project Designer at EnAIP Piemonte ETS (www.enaip.piemonte.it), one of the leading accredited training agencies in the Piedmont region. With 16 centers across the region, EnAIP Piemonte delivers training, career guidance, job placement support, apprenticeships, mobility programs, European and international projects, and business consultancy services.

With a sociological background and over 20 years of experience in VET (Vocational Education and Training), Valeria specializes in social project design and European project management, with in-depth knowledge of the Erasmus+ programme, for which she has served as an expert evaluator for the Italian National Agency INAPP. She conducts social research, needs analysis, monitoring, and evaluation, focusing on labor policies, social innovation, diversity, and inclusion. As a researcher, she supports project implementation by assisting the Project Manager in the development of technical content.

Valeria is also responsible for designing training programs in the social, educational, and food sectors, as well as Higher Technical Education and sector-specific academies. A certified Professional Counselor, she has developed expertise in helping individuals and groups recognize, leverage, and activate their resources to meet personal and organizational goals.
