EU project designer with solid experience in writing, managing, and reporting European projects (mainly Erasmus+, CERV, and Horizon), developed primarily in the fields of youth, active citizenship, and social innovation.
She is the director of the garagErasmus Foundation, where she oversees the submission and management of complex European proposals, coordinating international partnerships, budgets, and relations with National Agencies and the European Commission.
In parallel, she teaches and trains in EU project design for schools (PNRR funds) and other training institutions, promoting the dissemination of technical and strategic skills related to European planning.
She is also a certified LEGO® Serious Play® trainer, applying this methodology in co-design, capacity building, and community engagement processes with a participatory, creative, and impact-oriented approach.
She works in Italian, English, and French, with a focus on sustainability, inclusion, and social impact. She believes that European project design can be a concrete tool for building more aware and resilient communities.
