Grant Specialist and Social Impact Evaluator with extensive experience in the design, management, and monitoring of European projects, particularly within CERV, Erasmus+, Creative Europe, and Horizon Europe programs. She has collaborated with public institutions, non-profit organizations, social enterprises, and universities across several European countries, supporting them in developing EU funding access strategies and building sustainable innovation ecosystems.
She is co-founder of Impacto Centro Studi, an organization that trains public and private entities to strengthen their strategic and operational capacities for EU funding, promoting ethical, participatory, and impact-oriented approaches.
As a social impact evaluator, she focuses on qualitative and quantitative analysis of project outcomes, development of Theory of Change frameworks, definition of impact indicators, and implementation of monitoring systems aimed at sustainability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Her main areas of expertise include education, youth, inclusion and democracy, lifelong learning, and employment. Her distinctive skills involve building European partnerships, training on EU project design and policy, and developing capacity-building strategies for public and private organizations.
