Tiziana Carlino has over twenty years of experience in the development, coordination, and implementation of international projects, gained within the network of Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad. She served as Secretary General of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Sofia for seven years, and held roles in international relations and senior management at the Chambers of Commerce in Matera, Frankfurt, and Lyon.

Since 2005, she has been working in European project design, internationalization strategies, and the management of institutional relations with public and private organizations. She has built a solid track record in EU project management, coordinating projects funded under COSME, Erasmus+, Creative Europe, and Interreg since 2007.

She collaborated with Matera 2019 – European Capital of Culture, contributing to European networking activities, and took part in the EU project working group of the Forum of Chambers of Commerce of the Adriatic and Ionian Area.

Currently, she serves as Senior Advisor for Materahub Consortium and the Belgo-Italian Chamber of Commerce, supporting project design, mentoring project managers, and overseeing financial management.
