Silvana Munzi began her career as a researcher and, over time, integrated expertise in project management, science communication, and European project design. Her experience spans the entire project lifecycle — from concept development and consortium building to operational implementation, management, evaluation, and reporting.

At the University of Lisbon, she worked on projects in environmental sciences, education, and citizen science, strengthening an interdisciplinary perspective. This path led her to collaborate as a consultant for the Marie Curie Alumni Association, where she contributed to project proposals focused on research assessment and science diplomacy.

Alongside her professional work, her involvement in research supervision and volunteer activities has allowed her to deepen her practice in nonviolent communication and mentoring methodologies aimed at promoting well-being, cooperation, and the development of individual potential.
