SOLVERE

Roberto Zanon is a project designer and trainer with over 12 years of experience in the writing, management, and evaluation of European projects in the fields of social inclusion, personal services, and the social economy. Before focusing primarily on European project design, he worked for more than 10 years as an educator and manager of personal services. This background allows him to deeply understand organizational dynamics, the real needs of beneficiaries, and the operational challenges faced by local organizations, translating them into solid, realistic project proposals aligned with European programme priorities.

In recent years, he has written and contributed to the development of numerous projects under programmes such as Erasmus Plus, CERV, Horizon Europe, ESF Plus, and EaSI, supporting public and private organizations throughout all phases of project design: needs analysis, definition of clear and measurable objectives, development of the intervention logic, activity planning, definition of indicators, and budget structuring.

A key element of his work is the building and strengthening of effective partnerships. He has coordinated international consortia and supported organizations in identifying strategic partners, defining roles, distributing responsibilities, and creating balanced partnerships aligned with project objectives. He is skilled at facilitating dialogue among diverse stakeholders, translating different interests and expertise into coherent and competitive joint proposals.

He works with both experienced organizations and newcomers, guiding them step by step through the development and management of European projects—from idea definition and proposal submission to implementation, monitoring, reporting, and results valorisation. His methodological approach, based on the Logical Framework, Theory of Change, and Goal-Oriented Project Planning, ensures coherence, impact, and sustainability.

He also collaborates with foundations and corporate foundations, supporting them in defining funding criteria, grant-making processes, and building effective partnerships with stakeholders.

His approach combines strategic vision, methodological rigor, and deep sector knowledge, providing local actors with concrete, structured, and results-oriented support.
