Project designer and social researcher, she has worked in various national, international, and European contexts, ranging from NGOs and universities to European institutions and international financial organizations. She has managed and coordinated CERV, HORIZON, and Italian foundation projects throughout all stages of the project cycle — from inception to field implementation and budgeting. She has extensive experience in writing and submitting proposals for multiple European, Italian, and international programs, contributing to context analysis, partnership building, activity design, and budget planning. With a strong international mindset and curiosity for world cultures and societies, she is driven by a single goal: to contribute to a fairer and more just world.
