Richard Claviere is a freelance consultant and project manager specialized in European project design. He holds a degree in International Relations from the Université de Caen Normandie and has gained extensive experience mainly within the Erasmus+ program, collaborating with schools, vocational training institutions, and civil society organizations.

He provides consultancy throughout the entire project cycle — from needs analysis and proposal writing to operational management and financial reporting.
