Michela Pollone is a senior expert in project design and management within EU, national, and local funding programmes, focusing on innovation, art and culture, and urban regeneration.
After several years as Head of EU Project Design and International Relations at the Piedmont ICT research center (CSP scarl), she has spent the past decade working as a consultant in project design and management for non-profit organizations — particularly in the cultural and urban regeneration sectors — as well as for local public administrations and innovative SMEs.
Her profile is complemented by skills in policy analysis, impact evaluation, and dissemination, along with strong abilities in collaborating with and coordinating international and interdisciplinary teams. She also has in-depth knowledge of Piedmont’s cultural and innovation ecosystems.
