Martina Mangia is a freelance Project Manager with over five years of experience in designing and managing European projects, particularly within the Erasmus+ program. She collaborates with NGOs, universities, social enterprises, and youth, cultural, and sports organizations, supporting them in defining, writing, and implementing European projects aligned with their identity and goals.

Her approach is grounded in authenticity and human connections. Martina positions herself as a project partner, understanding the needs of the organizations she works with through shared hands-on experience. She is also the Co-founder and President of LUMiA ETS, an organization dedicated to promoting well-being, personal growth, and intercultural exchange.

Having lived in multiple European countries, she is fluent in English and Spanish, experiences that enable her to work naturally in multicultural contexts. She operates primarily in the fields of youth, sports, and adult education, also serving as a trainer and facilitator. Her key strengths include flexibility, networking, partnership building, and the ability to create authentic connections between people, ideas, and organizations.
