Mariacristina Morsellino

Mariacristina Morsellino is a consultant in the design and management of European projects, with extensive experience supporting third-sector organizations, public administrations, and enterprises. She has coordinated and developed initiatives funded by programmes such as Erasmus+, CERV, COSME, Horizon Europe, Interreg, and CREA, with a particular focus on social innovation, inclusion, education, research & development, youth participation, and impact finance.
In her work, she combines technical skills in proposal writing, financial management, and impact monitoring with an approach rooted in collaboration, sustainability, and shared value. She also carries out training and capacity-building activities, facilitating co-design processes, experiential learning, and the development of project ideas and skills for organizations and local networks.
Mariacristina has gained experience in researching and testing innovative models of community welfare, civic education, and youth work, promoting connections between public, private, and civil society actors through participatory approaches.
Her vision is grounded in curiosity and creativity applied to building effective and efficient solutions capable of generating measurable and lasting impact. Her approach integrates education, innovation, and social impact, translating ideas, needs, and local resources into strategies that produce tangible and long-term change for communities and territories.
