An expert in the design and coordination of European projects (Interreg, Erasmus+, Horizon, LIFE), she has developed cross-sector expertise in the social economy — from digital innovation to fair trade, from sustainable food systems to international cooperation. She has managed capacity-building programs for more than 50,000 vulnerable young people, integrating youth empowerment pathways with technological innovation.
Currently serving as European Programme Manager at Gruppo Cooperativo CGM and Project Manager at Altromercato, she coordinates strategic partnerships with profit and non-profit organizations across Europe, Africa, and Latin America. Her expertise covers the entire project cycle: opportunity scouting, partnership building, proposal preparation, project management, monitoring, and evaluation.
A lecturer at the University of Cambridge and the University of Milano-Bicocca, she combines technical skills with strategic vision for social innovation. As co-founder of WomenInTech Italy and mentor in programs for young entrepreneurs, she promotes digital inclusion and youth empowerment. Fluent in four languages, she is co-author of publications on digital traceability and sustainable development.
Specialized in translating sustainability strategies into concrete projects that generate measurable social impact, she supports organizations in accessing European funding and developing collaborative ecosystems for social innovation.
