Maddalena Rusconi

PR.I.S.MA

Maddalena Rusconi is a professional with over 25 years of experience in the non-profit, private, and public sectors in EU project design, fundraising, and capacity building. She leads the Fundraising Office at PR.I.S.MA and serves on the Territorial Control Body for Piedmont and Aosta Valley, the Governing Board of EASSH – European Alliance for Social Sciences and Humanities, and the Philea Research Forum. Within the Fundraising Office, Paola Fassino and Stefania Sabatino handle European project design and project management. Fassino began her career in 2007 at Soges, SITI, Fondazione Links, and is now at PR.I.S.MA. Sabatino trained from 2005 at SITI in research, housing, and EU project design, later joining PR.I.S.MA.
PR.I.S.MA is a non-profit consortium founded in 2012, providing management and administrative services mainly to its members, including Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo and related entities. The Fundraising Office is a center of expertise, offering systemic territorial vision, operational capacity, tailored project design, technical support, capacity building, and reporting. The team has decades of experience with programs including Horizon Europe, Creative Europe, Erasmus, EaSI, LIFE, CERV, AMIF, Interreg Alcotra, Alpine Space, and Central Europe.
