Luisella Carnelli
Fondazione Fitzcarraldo
Luisella Carnelli is a senior researcher at the Fitzcarraldo Foundation, where for over fifteen years she has worked on evaluation, action-research, and participatory artistic practices. With a PhD in Theatre Theory and History and a Master’s in Performing Arts Entrepreneurship, she has gained extensive experience in European projects such as BeSpectACTive!, Dance Well, ADESTE+, Dancing Museums, Empowering Dance, STORM, and EU Have a Dream.
Her work focuses on the cultural and social impact of co-creative processes, with attention to individual and collective well-being. She has served on the scientific committee for the scoping review Culture for Health and contributed to Voices of Culture on youth, mental health, and culture. She believes in evaluation as a transformative tool and culture as a space for social justice and regeneration.
