Ludovica Michelin

Flumi AC (Flumi Associazione Culturale)

Ludovica Michelin is a European project designer and founder of Flumi, a project that merges a strategic consultancy studio with a cultural association dedicated to Art, Science, and Technology. After spending nine years between Belgium and Spain — where she designed and coordinated national and European projects (Creative Europe, Erasmus+) for universities, festivals, and cultural centers, collaborating with organizations such as Hangar.org, MUTEK ES, and the University of Barcelona — she returned to Italy, in Turin.
She applies her experience to strengthen the local ecosystem, connecting territories and European networks to generate lasting cultural, social, and educational impacts. Ludovica supports organizations in co-creating projects and developing sustainable strategies, facilitating participatory workshops and building international partnerships. She has served as an Evaluator for Erasmus+ KA2 Youth and LiveMX, and as a trainer in cultural contexts. Currently, she is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Bologna for the Laboratory of European Cultural Cooperation and a member of the executive committee of the RESET! network.
