European project design professional with over 10 years of experience in managing EU programmes and developing social innovation initiatives. He is in charge of European and national projects at 20e30, an active player within the Torino Social Impact ecosystem, promoting civic participation, youth policies, and social innovation.

His expertise covers the entire project cycle: call analysis, transnational partnership building, proposal writing, and technical-financial management of projects funded by programmes such as Horizon, Erasmus+, CERV, Interreg, and EaSI. His main focus areas include youth, democracy, social inclusion, education, and lifelong learning.

He has developed strong skills in capacity building, facilitation of co-design processes, peer learning, and dissemination, working with public bodies, universities, foundations, and youth networks.

His distinctive strength lies in combining strategic vision with operational capacity to design high-impact European initiatives and enhance local organizations’ access to EU opportunities.
