Graduated in Business Administration and Management, she has strong expertise in project management, financial reporting, stakeholder engagement, and strategic development. She has coordinated initiatives worth over €10 million within the Erasmus+ framework, and has also managed projects in the fields of culture, sport, European and international cooperation, lifelong learning, and employment.

She has extensive experience in the financial reporting of university-led Horizon and Horizon Europe projects. She further enhanced her education at the Politecnico di Milano through executive programmes focused on sustainability and impact. In recent years, she has supported companies in analysing their sustainability positioning and developing tailored strategies, including stakeholder engagement processes and ESG certification pathways.
