With over fifteen years of experience in the design and management of national and European projects, she works as a consultant for public bodies and third-sector organizations in the social, cultural, environmental, and development cooperation fields. Her expertise covers all stages of the project cycle: from call analysis and proposal writing to technical coordination and financial reporting.
Throughout her career, she has served as project manager, evaluator, and trainer, managing complex programs funded by Erasmus+, CERV, AMIF, and other European and national funding lines. Since 2020, she has collaborated with the Erasmus+ National Agency INDIRE as a project evaluator in the field of Adult Education.
Her work focuses on social innovation, environmental sustainability, and the enhancement of cultural heritage. Her distinctive skills include the strategic management of public–private partnerships, facilitation of interdisciplinary working groups, and development of integrated funding strategies. She combines solid technical expertise in project design with analytical, relational, and organizational abilities aimed at maximizing results and building effective partnerships.
