RED Nova - Connecting Actions
Giulia Spagna is the Director of RED Nova, an organization specialized in the design and management of humanitarian, social, and inclusion projects. With over fifteen years of experience, she leads a multidisciplinary team that supports public institutions, NGOs, and third-sector organizations throughout every stage of the project cycle — from funding analysis and proposal writing to partnership building, project management, reporting, and evaluation.
Under her leadership, RED Nova has successfully contributed to projects funded by Erasmus+, AMIF, CERV, Horizon Europe, and other EU programs, working both as lead applicant and technical partner. Collaborating with a network of more than 80 European partners, the organization provides expertise in capacity building, strategic EU project design, and hands-on operational support.
Combining vision with pragmatism, RED Nova helps organizations transform ideas into fundable projects and measurable impact — ensuring methodological rigor, efficiency, and sustainability in every initiative.
