Giorgia Bailo

For the past 15 years, Giorgia Bailo has been engaged in the design and management of national and European projects (AMIF, CERV, Erasmus+, Horizon, Creative Europe), both as lead and partner, mainly in the fields of education, culture, social innovation, and digital innovation — overseeing every phase of the project cycle.
A graduate of the University of Bologna, she completed an international Master’s in Social Innovation and specialized in European project design, gaining extensive international experience in the third sector (Brussels, Paris, Tunisia).
Her work has always involved continuous networking with public and private partners, stakeholders, and national and international funders, as well as team coordination, strategic and activity planning, monitoring, and evaluation — including financial management and reporting.
Having built her career within the third sector and international cooperation, Giorgia has, in recent years, expanded her expertise in the EduTech field. She currently collaborates with training institutions, NGOs, and cultural and creative organizations in the design, development, and coordination of national and European projects.
She is fluent in Italian, English, and French, has an intermediate knowledge of Spanish, and a basic understanding of Arabic.
