Gianmichele Tuozzo

Gianmichele Tuozzo is a European project designer, manager, and facilitator. He holds degrees in Philosophy from the University of Salerno and in Philosophy & Economics from the University of Vienna, as well as a Master’s in EU Project Design from the Social Change School.
With an interdisciplinary background bridging education, sustainability, ecology, art, participation, and social innovation, he works with schools, universities, NGOs, and small enterprises. He collaborates with Lichen Social Innovation (Barcelona) on social innovation, science communication, and civic participation projects, and with Service Civil International (Austria) on Erasmus+ KA1 project design and facilitation.
He has also worked with the University of Applied Arts Vienna (Angewandte) and organizations in Spain, Serbia, Kosovo, and Austria, gaining hands-on knowledge of European ecosystems — particularly Austrian and Spanish — in the youth, social, and creative sectors.
In Italy, he collaborates with Gruv Studio and Incubatore SEI as a European project designer, and is co-founder of Mòvesi APS, leading strategic coordination, international cooperation, and youth-led rural development initiatives.
His expertise includes project cycle management (Erasmus+), co-design, participatory facilitation (Design Thinking, Theory of Change, Gamification, Digital Canvas), grant writing, participatory research, impact monitoring and evaluation, and organizational facilitation. He is fluent in Italian, Spanish, English, and German.
