Green Growth Generation
Gabriella Esposito is a Senior Project Manager and consultant in European project design, with over five years of experience in the drafting, management, and financial reporting of complex projects in the social, environmental, and cultural sectors.
She is the President and Founder of Green Growth Generation (GGG), a non-profit organization that supports public institutions, third-sector organizations, and international networks in developing project ideas, building strategic partnerships, and accessing European and national funding opportunities, including Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, CERV, Creative Europe, and private foundations.
Gabriella is also active in training and capacity building, designing and delivering programmes for both young students and professionals, with a focus on urban regeneration, social innovation, climate resilience in cities, sustainability, and circular economy practices.
Her main areas of expertise include social innovation, environmental sustainability, circular economy, urban regeneration, and civic participation. Among her distinctive skills are the facilitation of participatory processes, management of multi-stakeholder networks, and the ability to conduct qualitative field research to analyse complex phenomena and translate them into project strategies and theoretical advancements with tangible local impact.
