Francesca Caviglia is a researcher, project manager, and freelance consultant with extensive experience in the design and management of projects co-funded at regional, national, and European levels. She has developed strong expertise across all stages of the project cycle — from concept development and budgeting to evaluation, reporting, and coordination of complex partnerships — working primarily on topics such as green transition, sustainable development, circular economy, urban regeneration, and social innovation.

Throughout her career, she has held roles in project management, technical assistance, and strategic consulting, collaborating with institutional bodies, local authorities, enterprises, and third-sector organizations to plan and implement co-funded policies and initiatives under programmes such as Interreg, ERDF, COSME, UIA, and National Programmes.

This diverse experience has allowed her to develop a systemic understanding of project design and to refine her ability to identify and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders, ensuring coherent and effective project implementation.
