Fabio Croci
Fabio Croci, born in 1978, is a Senior Project Designer and Project Manager with over a decade of solid experience in the design, management, and financial reporting of both direct and indirect EU funding programs.
His main areas of specialization include Erasmus+, Interreg (Maritime, Mediterranean, Alpine Space, and Europe), CERV, and COSME. His core professional expertise covers Vocational Education and Training (VET), Education, Employment Policies, Social Inclusion, and Equal Opportunities. He serves as an independent evaluator for Erasmus+ project selection in the VET and Adult Education (ADU) sectors on behalf of INAPP and Indire.
Fabio has coordinated the development of European and extra-European partnerships, including Cross-Border Cooperation initiatives with North Africa, the Middle East, and Eastern Neighbourhood countries. He has an in-depth command of the main European frameworks for education and training — EQF, ESCO, EQAVET, ECVET, ECTS, and Micro-credentials.
He brings extensive experience in public–private collaboration, maintaining long-term partnerships with public administrations, local authorities, universities, associations, and consortia across Europe.
As an independent evaluator of European, regional, and national projects and programs, he has contributed to the definition of realistic monitoring indicators and compliance procedures from the earliest design stages. He is fluent in English and French.
