Co-Administrator and Head of European Project Design at Smart Revolution Srl, Enrica has been working as a project manager and evaluator of European projects since 2012, with solid experience in sustainable development, education and training, and skills validation.

She holds a Master’s degree in Human Rights and Conflict Management from the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa, and a Master’s degree in International Relations and Human Rights Protection from the University of Turin. She gained international experience working with the United Nations, both in New York and in the field, as well as with a global NGO in Brussels, where she deepened her understanding of the workings of European institutions.

After completing a specialization course in European Project Management, she spent eight years collaborating with Blinc, a German network active in social innovation and sustainable, human, and societal development. In this role, she provided consultancy services in strategic planning, management, and evaluation of European, national, and regional projects, working with public and private organizations in Italy and abroad.

From 2013 to 2020, she also collaborated with the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies, where she managed the submission and implementation of European projects in the fields of training and security. In parallel, she contributed to the design and coordination of highly specialized training programs, including the first online Master’s program launched by the School.
