Chiara Picca is an EU project designer with four years of experience, specialized in the Erasmus+ Programme. She manages the full project lifecycle—from concept and proposal writing to operational management, monitoring, and reporting—with a focus on youth and adult education, vocational training, and innovation, aiming to build a more inclusive society.
Throughout her career, she has worked on numerous strategic partnerships and has coordinated over a hundred international training mobilities for students, teachers, and adults. Her previous experience in youth exchanges and international volunteering reinforced her belief that European cooperation is a powerful tool to connect people, cultures, and shared growth opportunities.
Curious and adaptable, she enjoys collaborating with dynamic and innovative organizations to build bridges between different visions and needs, facilitate the creation of coherent partnerships, and turn ideas into concrete, sustainable projects.
