Barbara Tosi

Consorzio Scuola Comunità Impresa (CSCI)

Born in Novara in 1971, she holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from the Catholic University of Milan. An expert in Local Development and EU Project Design, she has long carried out fundraising activities for private entities and public administrations, developing and managing — as Project Manager — projects funded by private foundations, national calls, and EU programmes.
As Director of the Training Agency Consorzio Scuola Comunità Impresa (www.cscinovara.it), she has many years of experience in Vocational Education and Training, overseeing courses for unemployed and employed people, internships, guidance activities, Erasmus mobility, and e-learning. She also works on the design and application of Virtual and Augmented Reality tools, as well as Artificial Intelligence solutions for training.
Author of papers on education, lifelong learning, and employment, she has been a speaker at numerous national and international events. She has contributed to projects in Impact Finance, Social Inclusion, and Democracy.
Since 2011 she has been a Certified Civil and Commercial Mediator; since 2012, CEO of MEPA Srl (www.mepasrl.it); since 2016, Director of the Consorzio Innovative Bio-based and Sustainable Processes and Products — co-manager of the Piedmont Innovation Cluster for Green Chemistry and Advanced Materials (www.poloibis.itwww.cgreen.it); and since 2021, EU Project Design Coordinator at AFP Colline Astigiane (www.afp-collineastigiane.com).
