Specialized in European project design, with extensive experience in the full project cycle within the fields of social inclusion, participatory practices, and environmental sustainability. He supports public and private organizations in developing technical and financial proposals for major EU programmes. For S-nodi, he has designed and supervised initiatives on environment and youth engagement, and collaborates (or has collaborated) with the University of Turin (UNITO) and IUSTO on higher education projects aimed at integrating sustainability and community engagement skills into university curricula.

He has solid experience in labour migration, social inclusion, social economy, and inclusive labour markets. He carried out policy and advocacy work in Brussels for Caritas Europa—where he coordinated the European Task Force on Social Economy—engaging with both EU and national institutions.

He has coordinated participatory processes in Albania and Kosovo (for about ten years) and, more recently, in Turin with S-nodi. In the field of international development cooperation, he coordinated ENACTING SDG6 (Milano-Gabes) and managed REMIRIO (Milano–Rio), both funded by DG INTPA, with strong components of local empowerment.
