Antonella Licata is a professional specialized in social impact project design, with nearly 10 years of experience in Italy (Milan/Turin) and abroad (Brussels/Vienna/Strasbourg), working with consultancy firms, NGOs, and startups in Project Development & Management. In May 2025, she completed the Executive Master in Third Sector and Social Enterprise (EMTeSIS) at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore – ALTIS Graduate School of Sustainable Management, equipping her with the tools to develop social impact entrepreneurial initiatives.

Since April 2023, she has been part of Antan Progetti, a team of freelance professionals supporting Third Sector Entities (ETS), including cultural associations (APS), NGOs, social cooperatives, local public bodies (municipalities), and micro-enterprises, assisting them in project proposal development, securing grants, and managing approved interventions.

She focuses on developing project proposals in response to national calls and public notices, as well as in the field of international cooperation, with particular expertise in EU funding programs such as Erasmus+ (KA2), Creative Europe, and CERV. Her work spans initiatives in arts and culture, social inclusion and activation, education, vocational training, career guidance, and job placement.
