Alberto Nico is a lawyer, legal expert, and project manager with over 10 years of experience in designing, managing, and reporting on projects co-funded by European programs, including HORIZON, ERASMUS+, LIFE, CERV, and ESF+.

He has collaborated with public institutions, private companies, and third-sector organizations in areas such as technological innovation, environmental sustainability, culture, and digital rights. A certified Data Protection Officer (DPO), he is also an expert in intellectual property, AI law, and data protection.

Alberto is accredited as an Innovation Manager by MIMIT and recognized as an expert by EISMEA, EDPB, and THCS. He has held leadership roles in research institutions, law firms, and associations and is currently pursuing a PhD in Law and Emerging Technologies.
