Crisalide is a Social Cooperative and a Social Enterprise, a non-profit organization that pursues the general interest of the community and promotes the social integration of citizens. A non-profit enterprise that, after paying its workers’ salaries, professional fees, and suppliers, does not distribute the profits to its owner-members but reinvests them in the company itself.

Since 1998, we have been committed to creating a strong, cohesive, and inclusive community, through cooperation, planning, and a focus on local communities.

Our mission is to work with vulnerable groups in a developmental manner, supporting families, young people, and people with disabilities. For this reason, we provide ongoing training to our employees, enabling them to utilize and combine pedagogical methodologies with alternative tools. The goal is to develop the cooperative’s expertise based on educational observation, relationship development, personal care, autonomy development, and the prevention and treatment of hardship, while always maintaining a focus on the well-being and professional growth of the employee.

Our vision is to contribute to the well-being of the community through our work, creating quality services that meet local needs and social change. This is achieved through dialogue and collaboration with the local network and the ability to observe the world and evolve with it.
