Merak ETS Consortium offers administrative, logistics, and technological services to its member cooperatives.

The founding idea of our Consortium is that the experience gained by its administrative staff, the commitment to their training, and the working practices developed can become consolidated professional assets, customized to fit the management needs of each individual member.

Services

General Secretariat: telephone switchboard and reception, mail management, external errands, fax services, incoming and outgoing mail protocol.

Governing Bodies Secretariat: maintenance of mandatory corporate records, corporate practices with all relevant authorities, drafting of the Social Report, relations with supervisory and regulatory authorities, liaison with legal consultants for active and passive legal cases.

Public Tenders: identification and collection of calls for tenders and tender specifications, preparation of administrative documentation for participation, preparation and submission of tender packages, liaison with legal consultants for possible appeals, preparation of applications for public and private funding and contributions.

Accounting Services: general and cost center accounting, accounts receivable and payable and related compliance, credit recovery, management of supplier payment schedules, financial statements and income tax returns, cash/bank management, social lending management, relations with supervisory and regulatory authorities.

Personnel Administration: hiring and termination procedures, payroll processing and related compliance, liaison with labor consultants, relations with supervisory and regulatory authorities, management of disciplinary processes, industrial relations, and labor disputes.

Logistics & Insurance Services: purchasing (stationery, vehicles, hardware, and software), fleet management, consulting for drafting contracts with clients and suppliers, relations with insurance companies, consulting on relations with agencies and professionals for real estate investments, workplace safety and hygiene, relations with supervisory and regulatory authorities, management of fixed and mobile telephony.

IT Services: access to the Consortium’s IT network, hardware and software support.

Consulting & Training: technical and professional consulting and training on management and operational aspects, consulting and training for the development and growth of member activities, consulting and training for certifications and quality, environmental, ethical, safety, and hygiene management systems, as well as prevention of crimes under Legislative Decree 231/2001.

Privacy: acting as Data Controller with regard to administrative data processing related to the provision of services, compliance regarding the possible use of the Consortium’s IT network by member cooperatives for autonomous data processing, consulting for the implementation of autonomous data processing systems.
